Website Terms of Use

ShopRally LLC operates getshoprally.com. These terms govern use of our public website, informational materials, demonstrations and inquiry forms. Contact hello@getshoprally.com with questions. They do not replace a shop's separately accepted software agreement, signed order, payment-provider terms or messaging addendum.

Use the website only if you can lawfully do so. If you act for a business, provide accurate information and act within your authority. If you do not agree to these website terms, stop using the website; you may still contact us about privacy, accessibility or an existing account.

A demo request or waitlist submission asks us to respond about ShopRally. Joining the founding waitlist does not purchase a subscription, authorize a card charge or enroll your phone in promotional texts. Any later paid enrollment must present its applicable price, term and payment authorization.

Illustrations and sample repair orders demonstrate intended workflows. They are not records of your shop or proof that a particular integration is activated for you. Features marked as planned or coming soon are not a promise of present availability. A specific commercial commitment belongs in the order you accept.

You may browse and use our public materials to evaluate ShopRally and communicate with us. ShopRally and its licensors retain their rights in the software, branding and original site content. Do not represent our materials as your own, impersonate ShopRally or imply an endorsement without permission. Third-party names and marks identify their respective owners.

Do not misuse forms, submit malicious code, scrape personal information, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website. See our Acceptable Use Policy for more detail.

Provide information you have authority to share. Do not put passwords, full payment-card details, government identification numbers or unrelated sensitive customer records into public forms. We use submitted details to handle the request and operate our services as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an inquiry does not give us unrestricted ownership of your business records.

We may reply to an inquiry or provide the waitlist updates you requested. You can ask us to stop optional email updates using the contact address below or an unsubscribe option in the message. Text enrollment requires its own clear consent step. A phone number in a contact form, a website visit or agreement to these terms is not promotional SMS consent. Links to repair shops, payment services, integrations and other websites may take you to independently operated services with their own terms and privacy practices. Availability, carrier approval, account eligibility and provider charges may depend on those services. A listing or link does not guarantee that an integration is configured for your shop.

We work to keep the site useful and accurate, but information may change and the website may be interrupted by maintenance or external failures. Review an applicable order before making a purchase. Website materials and automated examples are general information, not automotive diagnosis, legal advice or a substitute for professional judgment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular business result from visiting the website. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these website terms as the site changes and will show the revision date. A website update does not silently replace an agreement your shop already signed; the applicable shop agreement governs its change process.
