Acceptable Use Policy
Rules that protect the people, businesses and systems using ShopRally.
ShopRally LLC · Last updated September 10, 2026
2. Harmful or unlawful conduct
Do not use ShopRally for fraud, threats, harassment, unlawful discrimination, unauthorized surveillance, intellectual-property infringement or other unlawful activity. Do not falsify repair recommendations, customer approvals, invoices, reviews, message-delivery results or consent records. Do not put full payment credentials, passwords or unrelated sensitive information in general-purpose fields.
3. Security and system integrity
Do not distribute malware, steal credentials, bypass tenant boundaries or rate limits, or interfere with the service or its providers. Do not probe accounts or systems without authorization. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to our support address with enough information to investigate; avoid exposing customer data in the report.
4. Responsible communications
Identify the sender accurately, obtain the permission required for the purpose and keep evidence. Purchased lists, scraped contacts and another business's consent are not permission to message. Honor revocation and suppression. Do not evade an opt-out by changing numbers or channels. Registration, integration access and a customer record do not replace recipient consent. Follow the Messaging Terms and the applicable provider requirements.
5. Reports and enforcement
Report suspected abuse to hello@getshoprally.com. We may investigate, preserve relevant evidence and restrict affected activity to protect users, comply with provider requirements or address misuse. We will provide available remediation information where appropriate. Restrictions and remedies under a separately accepted shop agreement remain governed by that agreement. No monitoring process detects every problem.
