Google Reviews inbox

Sync Google reviews and reply from the CRM — on Pro, not a Marketing add-on.

Inbox (sync & reply) is Pro. Review-request campaigns are Elite. AI review replies — drafts you publish — are Ultra. Nothing auto-posts.

Reply from the CRM — human typed on Pro

AI draft · you publish — Ultra (optional)

Illustrative review cards — not fake star averages or ROI %.

The bay is waiting and a one-star just landed on Google. What you should not have to do next is open a third tab, hunt a personal Gmail reply that loses the customer context, and hope the tone matches the shop. Google Reviews inbox on Pro syncs reviews into the same CRM login as the repair order. You read. You reply. You stay on the floor system you already use.

This is not a Marketing add-on SKU. Competitors bury review tools behind a separate package; ShopRally puts sync and reply on Pro and ladders campaigns and AI drafts honestly. Elite asks for reviews after service. Ultra drafts a reply you still publish — edit, publish, or discard. Nothing auto-posts under the shop name. After-hours SMS coverage is a different Ultra product entirely, and it does not live in this inbox.

If you have ever left a review unanswered because the reputation tool lived somewhere else, this page is for you. If you have ever feared an AI posting something tone-deaf under your shop name, this page is for you. Reviews is a Delight ladder that starts on Pro.

Delight

Reviews on Pro — not a Marketing add-on

Most shops still treat reviews as a side hustle: a sticky note after checkout, a personal phone text asking for five stars, a third-party reputation login that nobody opens until Friday. The review lands on Google. The reply lives somewhere else. The bay does not wait for a Marketing package.

ShopRally puts the inbox on Pro. Connect Google Business Profile. Reviews sync into the ShopRally CRM. Read and reply in the same login as the RO. No third tab. No bolt-on SKU to sync and reply. Live pain language is honest packaging, not bait: you do not buy a separate Marketing add-on for the inbox that should sit next to the work.

That honesty is the product. Prospects comparing ShopRally to a “reputation suite” should leave this page knowing exactly what ships where: sync and reply on Pro, review-request campaigns on Elite, AI reply drafts you publish on Ultra. We will not upsell the inbox they already paid for. We will not claim star-rating ROI percentages. We will not mix Ultra after-hours SMS into the review composer.

If you have ever rewritten the same thank-you reply in a browser tab while an RO sat open, this page is for you. If you have ever postponed asking for a review because the campaign tool lived in a different product line, this page is for you. Reviews starts on Pro. The ladder continues only when the job changes.

Channel gate

Pro inbox, Elite campaigns, Ultra drafts you publish

This page’s unique honesty visual is the Reviews ladder — scoped only to reviews. Do not dump the full Elite packaging list here. After-hours SMS stays out of the matrix; it is a footnote and a deep link, not a Reviews capability row.

Pro · Inbox

Sync & reply

Connect Google Business Profile. Reviews sync into the ShopRally CRM. Read and reply in the same login as the RO.

No third tab. No Marketing add-on to sync and reply. No $345 Marketing SKU for the inbox.

Elite · Campaigns

Ask after service

Review-request campaigns after service. Ships with Elite packaging — not a separate Marketing bolt-on.

Soft timing only — no invented open rates.

Ultra · Drafts you publish

Assist, don't ghostwrite

AI proposes a reply draft. The advisor edits and publishes — or discards. Nothing auto-posts.

After-hours SMS is a different Ultra product — see Two-way SMS. Not a Reviews matrix row.

If the job is “reply without leaving the CRM,” Pro is enough. If the job is “ask for the review after the work is done,” that is Elite campaigns. If the job is “draft faster without unsupervised AI,” that is Ultra — and you still hit Publish. Packaging that tells the truth is how the ladder stays trustworthy.

Product proof

The inbox that sits next to the RO

Product proof, not a three-card spine. The counter should recognize the surface: a list of reviews, a reply pane, and the same login they already use for open work.

Reviews inbox · Pro

  • 5★ · Fast turnaroundNeeds reply
  • 1★ · Needs careNeeds reply

Fast turnaround on brakes. Illustrative five-star card — not a shop average.

Composer — you write the reply on Pro

Reviews land where you already work the RO. The list shows what needs a reply. Opening a card does not dump you into a separate reputation app. On Pro the composer is human-typed: you write the reply, you send it through the connected Google Business Profile path. We keep “reply from the CRM” language; we do not invent Google API brand names beyond GBP connect.

Illustrative cards are story chrome — a five-star brake turnaround, a one-star that needs care — not fake shop averages. Status flips from Needs reply to Replied when you publish. That is the whole Pro job: sync, read, reply, stay in the system.

What this section will not mock: widgets we do not ship, telephony, an SMS after-hours assistant inside Reviews, a fake dashboard reputation score, or an auto-post toggle defaulted on. The inbox is the product. Everything else stays on its own page.

  • Reviews land where you already work the RO.
  • Inbox on Pro. Campaigns on Elite. AI drafts on Ultra — you publish.
  • Nothing auto-posts under your shop name.
  • This is not a Marketing add-on SKU.

On their phone

After service: their Google path, your reply path

This is the customer-first walk plus the shop reply path. Numbered on the real journey, not as a generic block.

  1. 1

    Service completes.

The customer leaves with finished work. The review story begins when the work is done.

  2. 2

    They leave a Google review.

On their phone, in Google. ShopRally brings it into your inbox.

  3. 3

Shop sees it in Reviews inbox (Pro).

A card appears in the same CRM as open ROs. No hop to a third tab.

  4. 4

    Advisor replies from ShopRally.

Composer in-product. You do not need Elite to answer a review.

  5. 5

    Elite ask (optional).

After service, an Elite campaign can request a review — not a random blast.

  6. 6

    Ultra draft (optional).

AI suggests reply text. The advisor hits Publish, or Edit, or Discard. Never auto-post.

1. Service completes. The customer leaves with finished work. Soft pair only: appointments or booking may have started the visit — do not steal Online Booking’s page. The review story begins when the work is done.

2. They leave a Google review. On their phone, in Google. ShopRally does not invent a fake in-app star wall. The review still lives on Google; ShopRally brings it into your inbox. That sentence is the product honesty.

3. Shop sees it in Reviews inbox (Pro). A notification or inbox card appears in the same CRM as open ROs. No hop to a third tab. No Marketing login. The advisor can see Needs reply while they are already on the floor system.

4. Advisor replies from ShopRally. Composer in-product. Reply posts back through the connected GBP path. Pro owns this beat. You do not need Elite to answer a review.

5. Elite ask (optional). After service, an Elite campaign can request a review — timing tied to completed work, not a random blast. Still part of Elite packaging, not a Marketing bolt-on. Soft timing language only; no invented open rates.

6. Ultra draft (optional). AI suggests reply text. The advisor hits Publish, or Edit, or Discard. Never auto-post. Label clearly so prospects do not fear unsupervised AI under the shop name.

Looking for two-way texting about the RO? That is Elite /features/two-way-sms. Reviews AI drafts are not the after-hours SMS assistant. Different Ultra products; both keep you in control.

Elite

Elite campaigns: ask when the work is done

Asking for a review should not be a sticky note at the counter or a blast that feels like spam. Elite review-request campaigns sit after service — when the work is done and the ask is fair.

Campaigns ship with Elite packaging. They are not a separate Marketing SKU story. They ride next to two-way SMS, reminders, online booking, and the rest of Elite. Pro still owns the inbox; Elite adds the ask. We will not invent drip builders, open-rate dashboards, or “X% more reviews” rows on this page.

If you only need to reply, stay on Pro. If you want the system to ask after completed work, Elite is the upgrade — included, not bolted on.

Request reviews after service

Elite

Ask when the work is done — still not a Marketing SKU. Soft timing language only.

Ultra

Ultra AI drafts you publish — never auto-post

Fear of unsupervised AI is rational. A tone-deaf reply under the shop name is worse than a late reply. Ultra AI review reply drafts are assist, not ghostwrite: the model proposes text; the advisor decides.

On an Ultra mock, the composer can show Use AI draft → editable text → Publish as the primary action — not Auto-post. Edit and Discard stay visible. Nothing auto-posts. We will not show an auto-post toggle defaulted on. We will not name an extra AI SKU. We will not claim the draft posts while you sleep.

Footnote honesty, not a matrix row: Ultra after-hours SMS assistant is a different product on Two-way SMS. Do not mix that UI into Reviews. Prospects who fear “AI runs the shop overnight” should leave knowing review drafts still require Publish — and nights SMS is a separate conversation product.
